What are the Brigham Awards?

Each year, the Brigham Awards seek to recognize five BYU students, faculty, or staff for their genuine commitment, example, and contributions to others throughout the world and/or the BYU community. The awards will be given to those who demonstrate consistent qualities of selflessness, charity, and service to others.

When considering a nominee:

  • Think about your friends, classmates, teachers, and staff who have impacted the world and community through consistent acts of service, sacrifice, and genuine compassion towards others.

  • The nominee must be a current BYU student, faculty member, or staff member.

  • The nominee must support and abide by the Honor Code.
