Mission Statement

The Y Publish Club seeks to help aspiring writers prepare their writing for publication by helping them improve their craft through tutoring in publishing and through peer critiquing.

Club Information

We are proud to announce that we will be forming writing groups, with the goal of submitting our writing for publication at the end of the semester.  Do you want to get feedback on your creative writing? America's Premiere First Book Prize

Description: The American Poetry Review and The Honickman Foundation sponsor the “contest. The winner will have his or her book of poetry published and distributed. The winner will also receive $3,000. There is a $25 entry fee.

Aporia

Journal of philosophy.

Description: Aporia publishes twice a year. The submission deadline for online publication is Fall Semester and for paper publication is the first week in February. They publish undergraduate papers relating to philosophy as well as the winners of the David H. Yarn Essay Competition sponsored by the Philosophy Department.
