Mission

Mission:  To provide BYU students specific focused opportunities to develop the gift of humor through writing, rehearsing, and performing stand-up comedy.  We believe that humor is a gift of the spirit and that we can develop it for righteous purposes including entertaining, communicating, and teaching.

Humor U Club Events

Club Meetings: Humor U has regularly occurring club meetings throughout the year on Wednesday nights in the Maeser Auditorium at 8:00pm. All BYU students are welcome to attend to find out about the club or to just watch us rehearse. There are occasionally variations in our regular meeting schedule. If you are interested in attending a meeting you are welcome to email us and make sure the time and place have not been temporarily changed for that week.

Shows: We are constantly writing and performing new material. Humor U produces a new show approximately every 6 weeks. When a new show is ready, we will perform it anywhere from one to four times in a week. Information on upcoming show dates, times, locations, and ticket sales can be found on the BYU All-in-one Calendar. Or visit our website www.humoru.org.
