Mission Statement

The purpose of this club is to create a sense of community in the African population at BYU. The BYUASA was founded more inclusively as a cultural club. Its mission today is to gather all African natives and all that share an interest in Africa, to create a unified African community here at BYU, and provide social, educational, cultural, and spiritual activities for African Club members, BYU students and friends.

Anticipated Activities

African Dinner Nights, African Dance Lessons, African Gala Night, Soccer Games, Sisters' Socials, Fundraising, Community Service

Membership Requirements

Be interested in Africa!

Club Dues: $5 a semester
