Involvement Opportunities

Program Director: Program directors are needed in each of the mentioned areas below. They work closely with the executive directors in carrying out their responsibilities. Level of involvement varies depending on the executive director.

Event Lead Training

Event Lead: Every activity is planned and carried out by BYUSA volunteers. As an event lead, you would be responsible for the planning and execution of the entire activity. You would coordinate volunteers and lead a committee in completing this process. Event leads should plan on spending at least 5 hours a week in preparation for the activity. Committee Members: As a committee member, you would work closely with the event lead in carrying out a specific aspect of the project (i.e. volunteer coordination, food, setup/take-down, etc.). Committee members should plan on spending approximately 1-3 hours a week working on the activity.

Night-of-Event Volunteer: There are plenty of opportunities to help on the night of each activity. This requires less commitment, but still enables you to be involved in a meaningful way.
